Using proven techniques from neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioral therapy, and military tactical athletic training, we provide effective tools and strategies to help you reach your next level of success in the following.
The Break Through Buddy program is a 45-day accountability coaching program that operates at the intersection of physical wellness, emotional intelligence, and authenticity.
The program provides one-on-one coaching sessions along with phone support and a pen-and-paper workout book.
Graduates of the program are also provided with an additional support system in the form of accountability peers who are matched with each other to provide guidance and support throughout the 45-day program.
Private sessions are available post-graduation to individual participants to continue their journey.
